Dear Guest, Thank you for your time to write this review. I’m very sorry to hear about your experience. I have spoken and investigated the points you raised with relevant departments. Upon checking the room for spiders we did find one spider, which given where the hotel is situated may happen. This is beyond our control and didn’t mean that the room was dirty. Because of the current situation (COVID-19) we actually introduced tougher cleaning measures. The heating was actually switched off for the whole property as we are in summer months so please accept our apologies. We do have portable heaters and apologies that we were unable to provide these on this occasion . The Wi-Fi indeed was cutting out around your room. This was due to a faulty access point. This issue has been now resolved after a new one has been installed. You were due to stay for 4 nights, but decided to go home early. As a goodwill gesture we have refunded you for the three nights however were unable to do so for the first night. Thank you once again for your feedback; it is very much welcomed and taken on board.
