We enjoyed the Ritz very much. We booked Half-Board and where however dissapointed, that there where lots of meals not covered in the plan. It was clear for the drinks which are in general very expensive. The hotel changed the ruling in one restaurant during our stay as well, which was also not communicated. Other than that food very good and a lovely stay.

Honeymoon to remember

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Upon arriving the hotel takes your breath away with its beauty. The lobby is amazing. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Staff are a real pleasure and always willing to help with a smile. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. Brilliant place.

great family hotel

Great family friendly hotel.We had 2 children under 2. Book baby sitters as early as possible as they use external agency ! Great kids pool and play area -good kids clubs too although younger children need to be with adult. Great location a 2 min walk to loads of shops/rests

Magnifique hôtel et service remarquable je dirais le meilleur que j'ai pu faire dans le monde un vrai 5 étoiles personnel à l'écoute au petits soins que se soit à la réception dans la chambre les housekeeper le personnel de la piscine les voiturier un sans faute tous agréables les uns que les autres. l'emplacement de l'hôtel à quelques mètres de jbr des restaurants.. la piscine principale très belle spacieuse une belle plage avec des transats plus que confortables sa donne envie d'y revenir sans hésiter je recommande cette hôtel que ce soit en famille ou en couple. Un voyage en couple avec notre petit de un an qui nous à permis de passé un moment exceptionnel à dubai. Nous avons pu bénéficier d'une belle offre au mois de mai en y séjournant 10 nuits. Merci nous reviendrons.
