This hotel was unlike anything I have ever stayed in before- the little huts are really cool. The beds are comfortable and air conditioning is provided which is greatly needed. I would however recommend to bring some mosquito repellent as the bathrooms are outdoors. The overall hotel itself is perhaps one of the best on the island- the grounds and pool area are stunning and the breakfast is good too. There are some tiles missing on the floor of the hidden pool so go careful here, however considering the island is recovering from a major earthquake I don’t think perfect condition can be expected. Would definitely recommend!

Friendly staff. Given promises were not always kept, needed to ask a couple of times. Weekend was packed with some local company arrangements, half the pool closed &bad breakfast. Did not appreciate that. Good location and facilities.

Overall a nice hotel

To start off we were unaware that the main pool was out of action due to a new pool being constructed which we were not happy about as our daughter much prefers the pool to the beach. However when we explained this on check in, one of the managers over heard this and so offered to transfer us to the sister hotel ombak sunset however this wasn't as close to all the restarantes, so the manager agreed to give us bicycle hire for the week free of charge and 15 discount at the hotel restaurant (which we didn't use) also apologised that this was the case. The other pool that was in use was much smaller however wasn't very crowded considering was the only working pool in action, so this was good. We did visit the sister hotel sunset and use the pool there on 2 occasions which was a really good size and again wasn't overcrowded so this is where we used the free bicycle hire to ride up to the hotel which took around 20 mins and was a nice ride but was very warm due to the time we travelled up to this hotel (so pick an earlier time if you don't like cycling in hot weather) other than this out stay was good all the staff are very friendly and if you have a problem at your room it is resolved very quickly and the breakfast was good, plenty of choice on offer our stay overall was good.

Fantastic island holiday

Great location, villas and bungalows very spacious. Great facilities - 2 pools, beachside loungers, dive resort and water sports facilities. This accommodation is probably at the higher end in terms of quality and price on the island. About 100 rooms, it has a level of privacy but also the benefits of a larger resort.

Très bon hôtel

Nous avions réservez une hutte, très sympa, déconseillé avec des enfants car l'escalier pour descendre à la salle de bain (en plein air) est assez raide et glissant (en bois). Chambre très jolie, un hamac et un lit sur notre terasse du bas, très agréable. Certainement une des plus belle piscine de l'île avec différents bassins, bain à bulles et cascade. Par contre pour le wifi, la connexion est quasimment innexistante, impossible d'envoyer un mail.. Mais apparemment le soucis est un peu partout sur l'île. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux et excellent, mis à part le jus d'orange (qui ressemble à un médicament).
