The staff was outstanding they always kind and helpful the staff who cleaned the room always went out of there way to give the best service, my wife and I are looking forward to returning back to Istanbul soon and we will stay at the crow plaza because of the service

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks on holiday. I often stay in Crowne Plaza hotels on business and until now my favourite was in Foshan in Southern China. The location of the Crowne Plaza Old City was fabulous 3 mins from Grand Bazaar, 1 min from tram and bus routes, 5 mins from metro and Marmaray lines. Staff were incredible. Friendly, helpful, hospitable. A special word for Ezri, Gener and the concierge. They were marvellous. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling on business or on holiday.

Situation géographique est idéale Mais pour connaître cette hôtel depuis 2008 je me rend à istanbul tout les deux mois pour le travail La gestion devient catastrophique Service de nettoyage des chambres bâcler Pas peignoir pas coton pas coton tige pas fer à repasser pas de mousse à cirage pour chaussure Le minimum c’est tout Ah oui en décembre je payais le déjeuner à 10€ Mnt 25 € incompréhensible Ils sont même pas capable d’avoir un fichier client Après vérification ils ont remis à 15 € ????? Je crois mnt je n’irais plus un peu plus haut ds la rue j’ai déjà fait hôtel Beethoveen prémiun et le sefoni bcq mieux en terme de service et prestation
