I was initially impressed by the room that we got as it looked like the photos online... that rarely seems to happen. Sure there were a few areas where it looked worn if you looked close but overall it was a great, large room. However, when getting into bed, I noticed a BIG brown coffee stain on the corner of the flat sheet. I sniffed it and I'm sure it was coffee. The sheet was otherwise clean and I can only assume it was something the maid spilled and couldn't be bothered to replace the sheet. So I left the sheet pulled out to display this and the next day she'd just tucked it back under the bed. We then wrote a note for the maid and she replaced the sheet with a sheet that was too small for the bed. In the 8 nights that we were there, we saw ZERO evidence of vacuuming or dusting. I ended up dusting some surfaces myself before we left. Aside from changing towels and making the bed, there appears to be ZERO maid service which is unacceptable. The entrance to the hotel is off the strip and a bit grim so we used to enter via Paris which is next door.

Hotel selber ist alles gut die Lage ist sehr gut. Wenn ihr aber spielen wollt im Casino oder etwas haben von demm Personal dann geht in ein anderes Casino da es in diesem Hotel nur unfreundliches Personal gibt voralem an denn Spieltischen.
