Hello, We are disappointed by your experience, unfortunately you made your review anonymously so we are unable to investigate and check the room you stayed in and staff working. Every guest has clean bedding on their bed upon arrival and are welcome to exchange this at anytime from our reception. Our reception is available 24hours, we invite guests to discuss any issues with us so they can be addressed straight away.

Dear Ivana, thank you for taking the time to give us a feedback. We are really sorry to know you didn't enjoy your stay at all. Unfortunately this is an old building so sometimes spaces are limited. About breakfast, you need to consider that you pay ÂŁ8.00 for a huge buffet, where you can literally eat as much as you want. Outside you would pay the same amount only for one plate. Hi Dimic, thank you for your review. We apologise for the fact your stay fell short of your expectations and that a reason for this was that your room did not match the photos on line. However these photos are of select rooms and the rooms are subject to vary. We will bear this in mind going forward and take actions to avoid such misunderstandings in future. Thank you
