Old historical hotel

Pros: Building with an interesting history, welcoming and kind staff, good location.
Cons: Breakfast....small room, food not up to their 4 stars rating, tables are not cleaned up. Really not good. Beds are very...hard!
Location: Good location, not the best but central I would say.
We paid a fair price for what we got, 4 stars is a very subjective rating in Italy I would say....we knew this from other experiences. I would never select a 3 stars for this exact reason It's an old hotel, so you can't have the same approach as a brand new one with international standards. Comfort of the room is very average....breakfast is not up to usual standards...very dissapointing food selection and quality. Staff are very nice and trying to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, thank you.

October break

Great location just 200 metres from the main train and bus station and easy walking distance to Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. Staff very helpful and friendly and happy to let us leave our bags on the last day while we continued to explore Rome. Family room good size, bathroom a little small. Great double glazing which is just as well as Rome traffic very noisy when windows open.

Enjoyable getaway

The staff were very friendly and accomodating! The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was amazing! Can I say anymore? Definitely would recommend this hotel. Well done all!

Hyvä sijainti, hiljainen huone., nämä isot plussat. Vähän kulahtanut yleistunnelma, ei vastaa neljän tähden hotellia. Turvasäilytyskaappi rikki, ei saatu korjattua, yksi yhteinen juomalasi huoneessa kahdelle, ei sampoota kylpyhuoneessa, kova sänky ja molemmille yhteinen peitto.

Vessa ei vetänyt kunnolla, asiasta kyllä kerrottiin respaan, mutta parannusta ei tullut. Aamupalalla ei ollut vihanneksia, vain muutama makkarasiivu. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja hotellin sijainti erinomainen.
