only problems in this property were the lift service from lobby only one of two lifts in service whigh meant at busy times ie breakfast you could have long wait with 12 floors to serve, the other small problem being old {70} i needed to go back to room to rest for short time but our room never got serviced until around 1500 otherwise very good hotel covenient for ferry across to valetta and good breakfast

On check in I had to ask for directions to our rooms as the person at reception as rather unengaged. I had booked a double with a cot and a twin, but was given two doubles. When I queried this I was told all the twin rooms were booked and so we were given an extra (small single) bed for the duration. The rooms are a good size but this did take up a lot of room and was obviously less comfortable than having the twin we had booked. On the whole the rooms were clean, and the bathroom facilities were good, but the bedcover on the main bed had a huge stain which the staff had hidden with a runner. We had to ask for tea/coffee/toiletries to be replenished. The rooms were warm as the hotel was set to 'winter' and so the air conditioning couldn't be turned on. There were no towels in the pool area, but a towel 'bin' which perplexed me. We did enjoy the breakfast, and happy hour in the bar is from 5-8 every night :-)

Excellent hotel. Lovely room with balcony and harbour views. Tea and coffee making. Efficient and quiet air conditioning. Good buffet breakfast. Good location.

schöner Pool und Whirlpool, super Morgenbuffet mit guter Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Freundliches Personal, dass Hotel ist gut zu erreichen mit dem Bus oder Taxi.

Ihan hyvä hotelli, myös aamupala hyvä, joskaan vaihtelevuutta ei juuri ollut viikon matkalla. Tien toisella puolella oleva maksuttomasti käytössä oleva allasalue oli kätevä. Sänky olisi voinut olla pehmeämpi/mukautua paremmin vartaloon. Ympäristöstä: Rantakadun varrella paljon pieniä ruokapaikkoja ja pubeja, varsinaisia ravintoloita (isompia ravintoloita) vähemmän. Busseilla pääsee eri puolille saarta ja taksien tilaaminen Appeilla sujuvaa ja kohtuuhintaista.
