Parking an issue on one occasion, electrical supply to our room cut off on one occasion, easy to rectify once we knew how to but still an inconvenience, Property generally looks ‘tired‘ but comfortable enough for a short stay and the staff very welcoming and friendly providing a nice breakfast.

We have used this B& B in the past and found it OK but this time it was less acceptable. The heating in the room did not work on a cold night and the TV handset was stuck together with tape and so was hard to operate. The en suite was up a set of steps so not good for middle of the night visits. The breakfast room was chilly as one of the windows was partially open and the food itself was overcooked. When we paid as we left and pointed out the shortcomings there was no apologies. Suffice to say we will not be returning.

Handy for Truro centre.

Pros: The staff and the breakfast.
Cons: The rooms could do with a bit of a makeover, but are ok.
Location: Handy to stop off a day early before the chaos of a Cornwall Saturday holiday changeover. i.e. a head start on the A30.
Friendly and very pleasant. The staff were lovely and welcoming.
