Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing The Stanley for your stay in Athens and taking the time to share your remarks about your recent stay at the property.First of all, we would like to let you know that The Stanley has approximately 380 rooms, that vary in dimensions and in room categories. Our Front Desk staff would have gladly allocated you into a different room to ensure your most comfortable accommodation and proceed with making recommendations to the sources of noise, should they had been provided with the opportunity while you were still at the property. Concerning your remark about noise coming from the Housekeeping staff, we would like to let you know that we have already communicated this comment to the respective Department Manager, in order to proceed with all necessary staff consultations.We are really sorry to know you have felt uneasy during your stay in the hotel. With regards to the area, you may appreciate that the hotel’s location is not something that can be controlled at by the hotel itself. Every big city offers a large variety of buildings, monuments, areas, businesses, night clubs, restaurants and even stand-alone buildings all mixed in every area and suburb without a specific form or control. We would also like to address your reference to another review and let you know that there is no room in the hotel that has a hole leading to another dark room. The original reviewer was most likely speaking about a small window located in the bathroom of some of the rooms, used for ventilation purposes by our Housekeeping staff, that is locked.On the other hand, we are very glad to receive positive feedback about the convenient location and our staff members, that always go the extra mile, in order to accommodate all of our guests requests.We thank you for your time and we wish you all the best for the future.Best Regards,
