This is one of the best hotels in the world,definitely the best one in Bangkok, the suit we've stayed in was very spacious ,extremely clean, huge bed, if i was to find something to complain it'll be that the bed was a bit too hard for me. The fridge was daily stocked up with soft drinks and water,no alcohol. The staff was absolutely brilliant we stayed here for a week and everything was just perfect, it really exceeded our expectations. One of the best hotels i ever stayed in. And the to topped up is the Sirocco sky bar on the 64th floor....stuff of dreams,an experience in itself, absolutely amazing, FYI they filmed part of The Hangover 2 here. All in all a wonderful experience and i won't hesitate to recommend it to everyone.

Overall it was very poor. Staff very unfriendly at check in and check out. Restaurants all very expensive. We ate in Cafe Mozu and the food quality was very poor but very expensive. The only silver lining was that we were allowed late check out free of charge

Sehr schönes Hotel mit guten Aussichten von den 6 Bars bietet für alle etwas .pool areal ist etwas schade das die Raucher Lounge da ist aber als Raucher verstehe ich ja.sehr riesige Zimmer .
