Thank you for your review! We look forward to your next visit. Remote controls are kept at reception, the reception team should have informed you upon check in. If this was not the case, and you had informed them they would have happily given out one for your room.

Good for a Budget Hotel, clean public areas, room was clean, warm with a good level of comfort. easy check in~ out. Bed mattress uncomfortable, otherwise would stay here again and would recommend it

Hotel close to the town centre.

Pros: The food in the cafe.
Cons: Free parking.
Location: N/A
Cafe was very good, personally I do not think guests should pay for parking.

Review

The hotel staff were great, they helped with any query made and went the extra mile. Felt very comfortable on the stay and would come back again. The 24 hour bar and food service is a fantastic addition. The only small complaint would be that my mattress was a bit uncomfortable (with springs) but overall enjoyed the stay and food value in cost.

City hotel

Pros: Convenient for city nightlife
Cons: Breakfast.
Location: Convenient for city nightlife
Great staff, clean but basic room,comfortable bed, Lots of traffic noise at front of hotel. Surprised to pay extra for parking and breakfast. English breakfast was left to dry out under lights as a buffet rather than cooked to order. Very basic hotel and purely to sleep there after a night out, rather than using as a base for a longer stay.

Near Molineaux Stadium. City Centre from walking distance. 15 minutes walk to train or bus station. Roomsize was okay. - Busy road goes past the hotel. Bed was very bad. You can't leave your luggage to the hotel.
