Disappointing Hotel in all aspects: (1) Staff attitude was poor and not welcoming (2) Room cleanliness was poor and there were no conveniently located electrical sockets (3) WiFi was not working properly (4) Noise from the air conditioning equipment located above the top floor was very disturbing (5) Shower curtain had a stale smell
