As described, good position, everything required.

Booked 4 double rooms for three generations of the family, suited everyone, although a twin room option would be a really good idea.

basically student accommodation

Pros: Close to centre
If you go here with the expectancy of a proper hotel with all the trimmings then you will be disappointed. For me and my other half it was a place to rest and shower during a great (and busy) trip to Edinburgh. The bed was comfy and the shower was powerful. Yes the rooms a little on the small side but that didn't bother us. The staff were really friendly and helpful, every time we had a question or needed help they were happy to help. about a 10 minute walk from the main places you want to go (princes st ect) overall happy with our stay and would come back.

Sauber und gemütlich eingerichtete Zimmer mit guten Koch Möglickheit. (mikrowelle, Backofen, Kochherd) Einzig das Bett ist mit 1.40m für 2 Personen etwas klein. Ruhige Lage, 20Minuten Fussweg bis ins Zentrum.

For a budget trip, this is a great choice. The staff were very helpful and nice, and for the price the main things in the room (the bed and shower) were more than enough (we are moderate sized persons). Only minuses were the sweet detergent smell in our room and the sticky floor, although the latter may be mostly because most guests wear shoes inside, and that we come from a country where we do not wear shoes inside. However, the floors could be cleaned more carefully.

Einfaches Zimmer, gut gelegen

Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, nicht weit zum Zenrtum von Edinburgh. Gemeinschftsküche ist nicht allzu sauber.

Hôtel sympa aux notes jeunes. Pas trop loin du centre-ville (28 min à pied de Royal Mile) c’est un endroit assez cool pour héberger pendant qu’on visite la ville. Le petit bémol c’est le manque de clim ou d’une façon de faire-valoir rentrer de l’aire fresh les jours plus chauds. Aussi il faudra revoir la fermeture des portes qui claquent fortement quand les touristes ne les tiennent pas.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel um Edinburgh zu erkunden. Bei Fragen hat sich das Rezeptionsteam perfekt gekümmert (24 Std. vor Ort). Wir hatten ein großes Eckstudio mit Kochnische zur Straße. Für lärmempfindliche könnte die Straße ein Problem sein.Im Haus hört man von den anderen Zimmern gar nichts. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe und sehr lange Öffnungszeiten bis Mitternacht. Verschiedene Busstationen im Umkreis.

Pros: Location
Cons: Safe in the room, easier access to WLAN and cleaner Bathroom.
Location: Walking distance from old Town and Haymarket
Good location, it could be cleaner, a safe in the room would be helpful. Access to internet could be easier.
