Clean room, pleasant staff. Good location. Very limited parking spaces, and surrounding area is 'Resident Permit Holders Only' We took our chances on Great Western Road, none of the ticket machines were working so we ditched the car for the night and luckily didn't get a ticket

Good overall but rude old lady at the reception

Cons: The old lady at the reception needs replacing
The old lady at the reception is rather rude. No hellos, no welcomes, no smiles and in fact a rather bad manner that makes you feel you are really not welcome here. It's a shame because the hotel is actually quite nice and the staff in the restaurant are very nice. The old lady at the reception should get the sack in my view.

Situated in a great place to explore the west end

Great experience here, only issue was the breakfast, not very hot, and food seemed cheap tasting.

Fantastic Value for Money

Pros: Close to botanical gardens, restaurants and nightlife.
Cons: Awkward to find following a satnav.
Location: Botanical gardens, bars and a club (in an old church), lovely little Italian hidden down an alley called Di'magio! Really recommend.
Really big room in an old building so it had beautiful high ceilings. Breakfast was included and cooked to order! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and told us about local places to visit. Really amazing value for money!

Nice hotel, friendly staff

We had a nice stay in the hotel, the staff were very friendly. The location in the West End is perfect to get to the city and also to explore the fabulous bars and restaurants nearby.

Hotel ist geeignet für Durchreiseübernachtung

Pros: Aussicht vom Zimmer, grosses Zimmer, Preis-Leistung, Parkplätze vorhanden
Cons: Frühstück und Frühstücksraum. relativ abgelegen
Location: In der Nähe von Universität, relativ weit vom Zentrum
Wir waren eine Nacht in Glasgow und dafür ist das Hotel okay. Dass Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hat eine schöne Aussicht über die Stadt. Der Service ist okay aber nicht speziell freundlich. Das Frühstück war nicht so toll, der Frühstücksraum war sehr voll und die Bedienung unfreundlich, erinnerte an eine Jugendherberge.
