We loved this hotel we w'd come again . It is a Very nice hotel with good facilities and very friendly staff. Near the beach but the beach is a little bit narrow with several rows of sunbeds , nice and big pool but not heated and a small aquapark Rooms are clean and very big with clean bathroom. Lots of food in the main restaurant and beach bar , great lobby with free but week wifi and lots of areas to drink and sit . Animation team do lots of activities in the morning and evening shows which we enjoyed sometimes and other times it was silly specially the comedy show Overall we had a very nice vacation and we loved the hotel, soecial thanks to Assem Mohammed at the reception who is very polite, Chef Gaber at beach bar, Mr. Ashraf Abd Al-Salam who was very helpful

Wir waren für 7 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Es war sehr entspannt und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr Gastfreundlich. Es hatte eine vielfältige Auswahl von Getränke und Nahrungen. Am Strand gab es Mitarbeiter die immer Aktivitäten mit uns ausüben wollten damit es uns nicht langweilig wird und das fand ich sehr toll. Im ganzen ist es ein grossartiger Ort um Badeurlaub zu machen. Dennoch gab es punkte an denen ich mich jedoch beschweren muss. Am Toilettenartikel Ständer war sehr viel staub. Ein Punkt der auch negativ ist, dass die Duschen keine Vorhänge haben. Es musste bei uns immer Jemand draussen warten damit man in ruhe duschen konnten.

Super séjour ! Nous voudrions revenir en mai 2023 mais impossible de réserver 3 chambres. Envoyé 3 mails depuis novembre 2022 et jamais reçu de réponse. Y a-t-il un problème avec l'établissement ?

Sehr aufmerksames Personal.Schöne Korallenriffe vor dem Hotel,mit wunderschönen farbige Fische. Internet leider viel zu langsam und nur gegen Bezahlung im Zimmer.Sonst alles ok.

Mein zimmer ist 2205. die Klimaanlage ist nicht automatik. Die Temperatur einstellen funkitioniert leider nicht. Die ist entweder zu kalt oder nichts. Habe am letzten Tag Erkältung bekommen. schade! Ansonsten ist alles prima!
