The room was very good and good views. The staff was very nice and understanding. As we didn't speak the local language they were very patient and helpful, especially Mr Ersin, one of the staff member. He went out of his way to assist us with everything that we needed and was very hepful and kind. Thanks Ersin for making our stay more enjoyable.

Only supplemented with x2 coffee sachets per day. I asked at reception about bottled water and was advised to purchase from the bar, cost 32TL for 2 bottles.

I like the property location and good size rooms but staff ain’t smiling and helpful, breakfeast is more like 3 star hotel, too busy and not enough staff to serve or lookafter you, not enough seat to sit around lobby. They have good looking parrot but constantly screams like donkey :((
