Lovely hotel which was close to the Albert Hall where we were going for a concert. Nice & quiet. Lovely breakfast. Only quibble was the housekeeper let herself into our room twice to clean the room before our 11am checkout. She asked me to put the clean my room on the outside of the door after the 1st time she came in but still let herself in at 10.30 while we were still in the room. Not very happy about this. Luckily we were dressed or it would have been very embarrassing.

Ein sehr gut gelegenes Hotel. Verschiedene Museum und der Hyde Park ganz in der Nähe und zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstücksbuffet hat eine grosse Auswahl geboten. Leider musste wir für den Fitnessraum und das Hallenbad, als Hotelgast zusätzlich zahlen.

Thank you for awarding us your top score.Like you, we love our location in the Museum Quarter close to the Royal Albert Hall, Harrods and Hyde Park. Our guests also have the choice of using South Kensington or Knightsbridge underground stations or alternatively the No 14 bus which is a 24hr service into the West End, which makes travelling around the capital easy. Saimme pienen kattohuoneen joka oli aivan muunlainen kuin mitä olin odottanut. Spa osasto oli surkea. Uimakoululaisten vuoksi emme saaneet käyttää allasaluetta kokonaan. Kylpytakkia ja aamutossuja ei ollut lainkaan ja osastoon kuljettiin pääsisäänkäynnin kautta. Aamiaisella ei ollut mitään tuoretuotteita - ei marjoja, vihanneksia, hedelmiä heikosti. Henkilökunta oli epäystävällistä.

The hotel is located in a very good area, the Underground a few minutes walk away, restaurants and Kensington Gardens also very close. Plenty of choice at Breakfast, the restaurant in the hotel is also extremely good.

Tolle Lage, das Viertel ist gut zu Fuss erkunden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel ist wunderschön, alles super sauber. Wir hatten sogar eine Sprudelbad-Badewanne, finde es cool. Das Frühstück war sehr Reichhaltig und das Essen „Fisch und Chips „ in Restaurant war himmlisch . Vor allem das Personal ist unglaublich nett, sehr hilfreich, es hat uns sehr gefallen und herzlichen Dank. Wir würden das Hotel wieder mal buchen, wenn wir noch mal nach London gehen.
