Breakfast very very very expensive, not priceless noisy and cradly, can not recommended. Check your payments when pay in restaurants, twice wrong amount.

Check in was easy, Steve on the front desk was polite and funny, Room was basic but had a unbelievable view of the tower bridge, Breakfast was busy, we queued fuu it r about 20 minutes but the English breakfast was worth the wait

The room cleanliness is what let this stay down. Late check in as the room wasn’t ready, but definitely needs more thorough cleaning and even a deep clean. There was dust on the bathroom fittings (not a light dusting- thick black dust which has built up) dust on the air con and walls(!) and public hair all over the bathroom floor. The decor is old but I don’t have a problem with that as long as it’s clean. Room views are just incredible, and the front desk/dining staff were all super lovely. Just room cleanliness an issue - which is definitely an issue especially with Covid
