Good location for my reason of visit. Checked in easy and quick by Megan. Room amenities were also good and working. Breaskfast can be better as I have stayed in many other Holiday Inn properties, they have area for improvement on this side of offer.

The property was nice and clean and staff were friendly but the hotel was noisy in the night and would prefer a bit more quieter night for good sleep.

I don't recommend this hotel. During my stay in the hotel, it was free parking. After two months, they passed my details to parking eye and dcbl for unpaid parking charges, unnecessary hassles, now reporting them to authorities for breaching data protection law

They will have automatically picked up your vehicle coming in. Please make sure to register the vehicle at reception on your next visit to avoid this happening again. Staff are all locals and work as a family. Great to see and I felt the family working together atmosphere. A really relaxing place ot stay.

Close to Etihad stadium. Address was registered wrong on ebookers page so got lost finding property took an extra hour to locate after asking locals and using Google to get correct postcode

For a "budget" hotel this place far exceeded my expectations. The room was immaculate, the staff were friendy, helpful and funny, the breakfast was great for a budget hotel. The area is a bit run-down but it's on the main bus route into the town so it's really easy to come and go. We were there for a concert in the Apollo and it was perfect. I will be back.

Great hotel in a good location. Ample parking. Comfy beds. Only marked down to 4* based on it having no fried eggs for breakfast and only having Cumberland sausage, and not having plug socket or charging points at the bedside. Not a big deal I know, but just my opinion. Would definitely stay here again.
