The sofa bed actually contains two individual beds which is great. Had a problem with a very lumpy mattress but staff changed our room with no issue at all. Would not hesitate to use again.

Staff were helpful, lovely facilities and very peaceful. Shuttle to train station was on time every day - overall would stay again -only one hitch - I arranged a transfer from the hotel to pick us up from the airport but due to unknown reason this did not so at 10.30pm I had to make my own arrangements - luckily there was a taxi available apart from this everything else was good - a pleasant stay.

Hotel is nice enough, nice facilities, good breakfast, adequate pool area. Downside is it’s quite far from nearest station, the shuttle bus only runs for a very limited time during the morning and late evening, and local bus very infrequent. Requested assistance from reception staff on getting around, not helpful at all.

three days no room clean, and reception just say sorry. Ordered baby cot before come in, but not put.

Décevant

Hôtel vieillissant installé dans une zone industrielle. Allant à Euro Disney avec notre filleule de 6 ans, nous l’avions choisi car il y avait une navette quotidienne..... mais seulement en Juillet et Août !!!!! Personnel à l’accueil peu enclin à l’accueil :-) Chambre vieillotte, crépi jauni sur les murs, salle de bain petite, équipement des années 80. Conclusion nous ne viendrons plus chez vous et nous nous poserons la question des Novotel !!!

10 min mit dem Auto von Disneyland entfernt

Pros: Es war alles sehr angenehm......
Location: Das Hotel befindet sich in Collegien und keine zwei Minuten entfernt ist ein sehr leckeres Grill Restaurant........
Wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, kommt eigentlich sehr gut überall hin, zum Disneyland ca. 10 min, das war auch warum wir uns dieses Hotel ausgesucht haben und nach Paris sind es ca. 25 min, kommt auf den Verkehr drauf an.... Das Hotel ist sehr angenehm, auch das Personal ist sehr nett und das Frühstück ist super.....

Sympa

Pros: Sympa, accuillant
Cons: Le bruit , les gamins qui hurlent dans les couloirs ou au petit déjeuné
Propre, et tout y était. 3ème place le canapé lit, un peu compliqué les ressort sort du matelas, pour le lit 2 personne nickel
