2 day bulb tour

This is a very convenient place to stay to visit the bulb fields. However, The Palace is a large over-priced hotel. We stayed in a delux room which was clean and a good size. However we overlooked the car park and had to pay 22 euros a night to park the car and there were no kettle/coffee making facilities in the room. On request I was told I would need to upgrade to a superior deluxe room for an extra 35 euros a night. Other hotels in Noordwick looked a better option.

Sehr gute Lage, Gute Ausstattung, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Mehrfaches Ansprechen des Hotel- und Reinigungspersonal notwendig um eine bessere Reinigung des Zimmers bereits bei Bezug und nach dem 2. Tag zu erreichen. Letztlich kulante Lösung bei Abreise.

Sehr schönes Haus. Die Superior Zimmer sind sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Lediglich die Klimaanalage war nicht sehr stark so blieb es nicht m Schlafbereich sehr warm. Vorne min Wohnbereich könnte man quer lüften nachdem es mit der Klima nicht geklappt hat.

Angenehmes, gut geführtes Hotel mit nettem Persona

Pros: Das durchweg freundliche Personal und die Kinderfreundlichkeit.
Cons: Bitte reparieren Sie dringend das Fenster zum Meer in Zimmer 2517 ;)...
Location: Angenehm zentral, jede Menge Restaurants, nette Fußgängerzone und das Meer sind in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Auch ein Ausflug nach Leiden lohnt sich!
Wir bekamen wie gewünscht ein Zimmer weit oben - im 5ten Stock. Leider klemmte das Fenster mit dem Meerblick und ließ sich nicht öffnen, eine Reparatur war lt. Rezeption nicht möglich. Gut, dass wir ein weiteres Fenster hatten. Unser Boxspringbett war leider ziemlich durchgelegen, das konnten die kuschlig-bequemen Topper leider nicht ausgleichen. Das Hallenbad ist klein, was aber durch die beiden (!) Gegenstromanlagen wettgemacht wird. Dazu gibt es 3 Einzelwhirlpools, die per Knopfdruck befüllt werden und dann 10 Minuten lang ein cooles Blubbererlebnis bieten, ohne dass man in anderer Leute... Hinterlassenschaften sitzt. Eine Sauna und ein Dampfbad runden die Sache weiter ab. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung, Wir hätten allerdings ein bisschen mehr Käse- und Wurstauswahl erwartet (es gab jeweils 2-3 Sorten, aber vielleicht jammern wir hier auch auf hohem Niveau). Cool auch das Handy, das einem kostenlos für den Aufenthalt zur Verfügung steht, ein Feature, dass es lt Rezeption erst wenige Tage gibt. Für uns zwar nicht relevant, aber es gab ein Spielzimmer für Kinder mit Kletterburg und Bobbycars. Da dieses im Untergeschoss liegt, wurde einer der Konferenzräume zusätzlich für Kinder ausgestattet - mit Hüpfburg und kleinen Tischtennisplatten. SEHR kinderfreundlich! Das Personal ist durchweg unglaublich freundlich und rührig. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt!

Schade, Schade !!

Pros: Netter Service...
Cons: Sauberkeit!!!
Location: Sehr zentral, trotzdem ruhig, wenige Gehminuten in die Einkaufsstraße und zum Strand.
Ein schönes Hotel , netter Service, nur in punkto Sauberkeit des Zimmers nicht "Palace-gerecht" . In der Dusche Schimmel. Leider!

gezellig en comfortabel hote

Leuk en comfortabel hotel. Lekkere sauna e.d. Dicht bij diverse lekkere restaurants. Ideale plek om lekker uit te waaien en te genieten

romantische dag

Kamer, bad,wc bed (kingsize, wel om moeten vragen) erg mooi Ontbijt was erg duur (20 euro pp) Parkeergarage van hotel ook erg duur 20 euro per dag. 12,50 was beter op zijn plaats voor hetgeen je krijgt. Wifi- erg onhandig in te stellen.

Niet slecht, niet bijzonder

Zoals bij eerdere reviews gelezen wordt je wanneer je een aanbieding boekt in een achterafkamer gelegd met uitzicht op een of andere parkeerplaats. Dat is wel jammer. Vlug de gordijnen dicht en je ziet er niks van. Receptioniste wist niet veel te vertellen over de omgeving. Prima hotel voor een overnachting, maar absoluut niks bijzonders.
