Nice

Good location. Hotel ferry very useful. Not happy with some of the services - no free complementary water after first day, questioned multiple times before being lent an umbrella. If I am pay 300+ per night, you would expect a five star hotel to be able to provide some of the above services.

Fab stay

Fab stay great executive lounge, only critic would be more variation of food in lounge. But overall fantastic stay definitely go back. Thank you

Haben die Ferien auf Ebookers online gebucht, die Dame am Empfang des Hiltons konnte die Zahlung nicht finden. Da wir am selben Tag eincheckten wie wir gebucht hatten war die Zahlung wohl noch nicht ersichtlich. Ich sollte ihr die Mail mit der Bestätigung der Reservation Zahlung mailen, was ich tat. Am nächsten Tag kam keine Bestätigung das jetzt alles gut sei. Musste dann mit meiner Kreditkartenfirma telefonieren, die mir bestätigte,dass die Zahlung genehmigt wurde und fürs Hotel bereit stehe. Danach fragte ich erneut an der Rezeption ob alles in Ordnung sei, sie mussten es abklären weil nichts eingegangen sei... Schlussendlich war alles in Ordnung mit der Zahlung unsererseits. Für den Aufwand und die Umstände die wir hatten kam vom Hotel nicht mal ein sorry, geschweige denn ein Gratis Drink oder irgendwas. Zusätzlich hatten wir ein Deluxe Zimmer (höhere Preisklasse)gebucht und erhielten nicht was wir gebucht hatten. Nach unserer Reklamation wurden wir in ein etwas besseres Zimmer verlegt jedoch im 1. Stock und nicht renoviert, also nicht wie reserviert. Richtig enttäuschend für ein 5 Stern Hotel. Auch das Boot welches das Hotel zur Verfügung stellt, um ins Zentrum zu gelangen, war kostenpflichtig. Das es kostenpflichtig ist wurde uns vorher nicht mitgeteilt. Zudem stand der wunderschön angepriesene Rooftop Pool nicht zur Verfügung. Aufgrund der Corona Situation. Jedoch stand das vorher nirgends. Badeanzüge waren vergebens dabei, auch hier keine Entschädigung.
