Wonderful hotel, conveniently located to attend a family event and not too far from airport. Breakfast highly recommended

Quite disappointing. Thought they would have held up the standards to their name. I stayed for 5 nights and it was one of my worst hotel experience. The room was very dusty when i first arrived with no active ventilation in the bathroom. Horrible smell of humid from the bathroom and semi-blocked wash sink. The room continues to be dusty despite being ‘cleaned’ by housekeeping. Water pressure in the bathroom also very disappointing. Cannot enjoy a good shower at all. Wouldn’t go back there if I am visiting Aberdeen again.

Pleasant two night stay

Pros: Location, facilities and food.
Comfortable and relaxing two nights. Made good use of the leisure facilities (the pool temperature was EXTREMELY cold!). Good food, and excellent breakfast. If I can get a similar deal in the future, I'll be back

Comfortable hotel in pleasant leafy suburbs.

Pros: Ambience, service and quality of food. Availability of parking.
Cons: Still undergoing refurbishment we appreciate. But hope corridors and floor coverings will be part of the planned programme.
Location: Located in a nice suburban area perhaps too far from the city centre for some but the pleasant environment and the availability of parking suits us.
This is one of our favourite hotels over the years of visiting Aberdeen. Went through a slightly tired phase but has now been considerably improved by recent refurbishment programme which is still ongoing.Public areas are spacious tastefully decorated. Rooms now much brighter and modern. Breakfasts and meals are excellent. Has a well-stocked exercise room and pool although did not use them on this occasion More than ample parking available. Good value for money in relation to the deal we got for three of us.

Uncomfortable night

My main complaint would be the bed.Although comfortable, it was so creaky that on every turn we would wake each other up. The toilet seat was also hanging off the hinges (or should I say very loose). Could do with a facelift.

excellent occasion

Stayed in this hotel and held a birthday party there, everything went perfectly, mainly due to the wonderful attention to detail and everything else by the extremely attentive and efficient staff. Our whole stay there was most enjoyable.

Bottom End Hilton

Basically on a housing estate, nothing round it, nowhere to walk to. Freezing cold room, radiator did not work, no heating in bathroom and window had been left open even with freezing conditions outside. Meals expensive, fish and chips not even up to pub grub standards. Not the 'Hilton" I am used to staying in.
