Regrets , nous déplorons les insuffisances relevées , nous prenons les dispositions nécessaires pour les combler dans les meilleurs délais , cependant , votre commentaire est un peut excessif , l’hôtel n'est pas sale du tout , la piscine est vide certes , en raison du climat à 1200 M d'altitude .
