Dear anonymous guest, thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. We’re sorry you didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop pool, however it’s been open for a couple of months now so perhaps there was a misunderstanding about whether it was open or not during your stay. It’s also unfortunate you had problems with transportation, typically an Uber to downtown Beirut costs between 5 and 10 USD from our hotel. We hope to welcome you again to Bossa Nova Beirut and thank you for your comments.

You can enjoy a drink at one of the bars, which include a poolside bar and a bar/lounge. Public spaces have free WiFi. There's an onsite business centre.
