A great place to stay

Very friendly welcome from both the staff and Goldie the car park attendant! Excellent local pub with good atmosphere and well kept ales, accomodation top notch, lovely breakfast.

Family run establishment

The accommodation is situated right in the heart of Knaresborough which is a beautiful little village/ town on the outskirts of Harrogate. Whilst the accommodation is relatively basic it has all that is needed for a night/ couple of nights stay . There is free parking for approximately 4/5 vehicles on a first come first served basis but the spaces are very tight. There is public parking within yards of the Hotel which is relatively cheap and no more than 150 metres away cars can be parked on the public roads with no restrictions . The riverside attractions are less than 400 metres away and are a must visit venue with a selection of bars / cafes/ restaurants . Staff at the Hotel are first class and make you feel very welcome .Overall a decent no frills venue , reasonably priced in the centre of Knaresborough
