We highly value all comments from our guests and learn from how we can upgrade the level of service we provide. I was pleased to read that our services and facilities have met your expectations and you found the hotel staff hospitable. Regarding the separate toilet feedback, please note that our Superior and Executive rooms are bigger than the Standard category and for better comfort reason we built the bathroom and toilet separated in most of these rooms. I am sorry that you did not report this issue to us as we could have changed your room according to your preferences. I hope that we will have the chance of accommodating you in any of these rooms on your next visit.
