A very special hotel

This was our first trip to Thailand, and the Centara Khum Phaya Resort provided a perfect start to our Holiday. The Hotel is absolutely beautiful, set in fantastic tropical gardens complete with water gardens, fountains and a spectacular waterfall. The accommodation was very good ,comfortable, clean and in keeping with Thailand experience, We were a couple in our fifties we found it very relaxing, the staff were very attentive and very friendly making lots of effort to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The buffet style breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. The hotel is situated in a quite part of the city, a short taxi ride or tuktuk costing about 300 baht took you into the Chiangmai night scene, which was also very enlightening. We managed to find a taxi and driver at a very reasonable cost that took us to all the sites we were interested in, Tiger Kingdom, water rafting, and an excellent Elephant farm which takes in rescued elephants from logging contractors. we spent half a day interacting with the elephants with some great Thai people who clearly love there Elephants. Chiangmai is a beautiful part of Thailand, and a must see, the Centara Khum Phaya Resort is great place to stay and experience it, I would highly recommend a stay here.

Tyylikäs, rauhallinen hotelli aikuiseen makuun

Mainio, rauhallinen hotelli Chiang Main keskustan ulkopuolella (n. 15 min autolla). Ilmainen kuljetuspalvelu keskustaan plussaa. Kaunis uima-allasalue (100 m pitkä allas), vehreä hotellialue, tilavat huoneet, hyvä aamiainen. Erinomainen palvelu!
