Dear Guest, we thank you for the kind review about our Hotel, we're glad that youe joyed your stay with us and we are really sorry for the inconvenient behaviour of other guests, we properly informed them about the silence and respectful rules but I hope you understand that sometimes it's hard to defeat unpoliteness. Also for cases like these we provide an emergency number to all our guests, at check in time, and our assistant is always promptly answering to all phone callings or requests if he's called. Beneath the one night noise we really hope you enjoyed our wonderful city and our staff and Hotel services. We send you our best regards and greeting from Florence.
