" Location, location, location!! As advertised this hotel is right in the middle of the old city, minutes away from major attractions. So historic! They have an outstanding and affordable breakfast for 12E. Although the rooms are small, it was expected. They are very clean with a nice bathroom. The staff was outstanding! "This hotel is walking distance to all of the Gothic quarter, including the Contemporary Art gallery, the National and the Naval museums. Yes the restaurants on La Ramblas can be tourist traps, any side street takes to local restaurants and shops. Placa Reial is just across the street and has good restaurants and nightclubs. The rumble of the metro fades quickly."
