Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are really sorry that your stay was spoiled by cleaning problems. You have indeed one cleaning per week included if you stay more than 6 days. But for the rubbish, it is up to you to throw it in the garbage room during your stay. We are sorry for this misunderstanding. Our staff is always available if you have any questions about our residence or if you have any problem in your room. Otherwise we hope that you had a nice stay with us. We remain at your disposal.
