Guten Tag, herzlichen Dank dass Sie sich Zeit genommen haben für ein Feedback zu Ihrem Aufenthalt im Hotel Artos. Gerne geben wir Ihr Lob an die Mitarbeitenden in Küche und Service weiter! Dass Ihr Bett etwas "Seegang" hatte, das tut uns leid, diese Rückmeldung haben wir bisher noch nicht erhalten. Wenn Sie uns die Zimmernummer mitteilen, werden wir das Bett in diesem Zimmer umgehend kontrollieren und besser befestigen. Freundliche Grüsse
