pub with some guest rooms just outside Lewes in Sussex. rooms were very good and had all the amenities that you needed. bed was comfortable, bathroom good shower in a shower/bath combination. lots of hot water. the rooms are very well maintained. also plenty of parking. overall no faults.
the staff were excellent. the chef is from the West Indies and serves the most fantastic Jamaican food. My meal was excellent. it is worth a visit just for the food. The lady who checked me in was also the bar lady and waitress and she was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
the combination of the two really made the stay. Thank You.
