THE STAFF DID NOT SEEM TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HOW A HOTEL WORKS. IT SEEMED AS IF THEY GOT NO FORMAL TRAINING AND WERE PUT IN UNIFORMS/SUITS TO MAKE UP THE NUMBERS....

Nightmare Stay.

Pros: The Fruit Bowl
Cons: Car parking, Double Glazing, Removal of Burger Van Vender from premises. Inform Guests before they arrive of the potential issues.!!
Location: It is within walking distance of the Kings road - useful if you want to walk . browse stop for a drink.
We booked the room because of the proximity to the Chelsea ground, as we had tickets for a match with an evening kick off. We arrived about 1pm and parked at the front of the hotel as could not gain access to the room, we went for a walk. On return we found that was a burger Vender van also in the car park and my car had been moved onto the road by the B-Van owner! Apparently he thought he was insured to drive my car !! After confronting Hotel staff and BV-Van Owner, I parked my car on the car park again. We went to the match and later returned to the hotel and tried to sleep, which was impossible. The B-Van stayed until after midnight and traffic along the Fulham road was very busy as our room was at the front of the hotel -It was impossible to sleep. After being awakened several times in the night , we eventually left the hotel at 5am in the morning, sacrificing breakfast that was included in the deal?, but not before the Porter had to move a Van that had blocked me into the car park!! The hotel is undoubtedly handy for access to Chelsea Football club, but not much more I am afraid.

Hyvä sijainti ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huone ihan hyvän kokoinen ja siisti. Aamupala ok. Huoneet oli puhdistettu todella voimakkaan (persikan)hajuisella aineella, joten tuuletusta jouduttiin harrastamaan usein. Hotelli oli menossa remonttiin ja syystäkin: WC:n säiliön täyttyminen kesti noin puoli tuntia.

Gutes Hotel mit moderatem Preis (für London-Verhältnisse)

Das Hotel macht einen guten sauberen Eindruck. Die Zimmer bieten alles, was man braucht. Bad-Dusche, eigenes und sauberes WC, angenehmes breites Doppelbett (im Einzelzimmer), gute WLAN-Verbindung. Der TV bietet fast nur englischsprachige Sender. Das Frühstück bot alles was man braucht: Früchte, Müsli, Käse, Wurst, Brötchen und guter Kaffee. Das Shopping-Center und die Tube-Station "Fulham Broadway" sind nur ca. 100-200 Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Direkt nebenan sind eine Discothek und ein kleiner Kiosk - und, für Fußball-Fans, das Chelsea-Stadion. Kleine Minuspunkte: Die Stühle im Frühstücksraum waren teilweise verschmutzt und hätten sicherlich mit leichtem Aufwand gereinigt werden können. Außerdem sind die Raumduftautomaten auf den Fluren im Hotel auf Dauer etwas penetrant und unangenehm. Das Hotel war im Vorfeld nicht per E-Mail erreichbar um Nachfragen zu stellen.
