A simple hotel that had better past

Pros: overall quiet and close to the airport.
Cons: rooms, restaurant
Location: close to the airport
The hotel, while simple, was in the past a nice oasis in the Manila's chaos. Now is running down and in need of substantial refurbishment. The latter is already in progress in part of the hotel. But, while in the future you may have a better experience, in the short term you may end up in a old room with rusty fridge, old tv, old aircon or in a refurbished room still fresh of painting (and consequent smell of chemicals) and still with old tv, aircon and so on. Note: if travelling with your children, they an stay for free in your room, but they have to pay for the breakfast.
