Friendly guy at check in however first impressions weren’t the best the room was dated and quite dingy and beaten up. We were facing onto private apartments so not much privacy or view. We requested non smoking however had a constant smell of cigarettes through the A/C. Only one mirror in the whole room in the bathroom, which is an issue when getting ready. No balcony furniture which seemed strange. However the pool area did raise my opinion really pleasant pool nice garden area plenty of sun beds and nice food. For this reason I’d give it a second chance and maybe try and get a better room.

A fantastic hotel in a great location, a short walk from the old town. The facilities were excellent and the staff friendly and helpful to any and all requests made.

beautiful hotel but rooms are not soundproofed at all. bring your ear plugs. could hear people in adjacent rooms conversation.

Nice hotel good location

Pros: Everything , great hotel and great staff.
Cons: Nothing really
Location: Only a short 1 mile walk into Marbella and 3 miles to Puerto Banus
Fantastic time in Marbella, with the exception of 1 days rain
