"I booked through hotels.com. we chose the highest upgrade on the bedroom which showed photos of a four poster bedroom, but we only got a regular double room. So hotels.com have taken the extra money for 2 nights and not paid us back the difference! Despite that the hotel is beautiful, huge and the staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and the spa, gym and pool are absolutely gorgeous. Ample parking and stunning grounds. And tonnes of outdoor seating in the beautiful surroundings. The hotel is perfectly situated for a walk to the quaint town of Market Bosworth with kits of places to see and visit. The games room has a full sized snooker table and pool table and the bar is full of ottoman seating with tv. 100 percent booking again!"
