Horrible service

We had the worst service I have had in a hotel. Staff rude and slow. I personally think they were understaffed even though the hotel looked half empty. We kept asking for slippers and they took a day. Our air conditioning wasn't working so we could either have it really cold or really hot. Would never go back.

Très bon emplacement dans Marrakech. Petit déjeuner très bon et très varié. Espace piscine très agréable. Personnel très compétent.

Tres bon emplacement au centre de Gueliz. Chambre simple avec tout ce qu’il faut. Personnellement je n’ai pas aimé que la salle de bain est si intégrée dans la chambre. Petit-déjeuner buffet très copieux mais attention il fait froid glacial en novembre.

Das Hotel Radisson liegt an einer guten Lage in Marrakesch. Sehenswürdigkeiten können teilweise gut zu Fuss erreicht werden. In der Stadt ist es eher hektisch und laut und im Hotel ist es wie in einer kleinen Oase. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig. Das Personal haben wir sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend erlebt. Auch der Umgang untereinander wirkte sehr harmonisch. Wir haben auch den Hosting Manager persönlich kennengelernt. Auch er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat alle unseren Erwartungen erfüllt und wir werden gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt! Franziska und Younes
