Hotelli on erittäin keskeneräinen ja palvelutasoltaan esitettyä huomattavasti vaatimattomampi. Potentiaalia kyllä olisi. Terassilta ja aurinkotuoleista puuttuivat aurinkovarjot, mikä oli sääli koska näkymä olisi ollut hieno, allasbaari oli auki vain iltapäivällä ja valikoima oli heikko, osa henkilökunnasta vaikutti hyvin kokemattomalta, sähkömies pyöri hotellilla ympäriinsä, osa huoneista ei ollut käytössä ja ravintolaa ei ollut... Sijainti on tosin oikein hyvä ja huone oli erittäin kiva.
