Positives- Good location and grounds. Nice interior. Good check in by Christina- very friendly and helpful. Negatives- No sound insulation so noise outside rooms can be heard Have to pay for a lot of the facilites Staff lacked customer service training- upon arrival, front staff / concierge were talking to each other. I had to go over and ask for help with luggage, young waiting staff in the coffee bar keep away from guests and stay huddled at the bar talking. Busy at breakfast / dinner times and difficult to get hold if staff for requests. Ratio of waiters to guests too low.
