"I visit South Devon a few times a year but this was my first stay at the Leonardo. It surpassed all expectations. My room was clean, comfortable, spacious and even had a great view. The staff I encountered were very helpful in friendly. In particular, Parthav, on reception is one of the loveliest people I have ever met - so patient and kind. I will definitely consider the Leonardo on future visits to Plymouth. "

"I had trouble finding the door to the reception as it wasn't marked. The restaurant was indicated as was an nhs blood clinic but not reception. Parking easy and free just had to register my reg at reception. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Muffins and cold water available for free at reception as was apples in a bowl for guests. Room was clean, fresh, well stocked with use of a bath robe and disposable slippers. Bathrobes available to buy from reception if wanted. Breakfast good and fresh. Restaurant clean and pleasant. Would definitely stay again."
