Wir hatten zwei Übernachtungen. Damen an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Zimmer sehr gut jedoch war auf der Matratze ein Teller groser dgelber Fleck. Das Frühstücksbuffet eher klein .An beiden Tagen war schon um 8 Uhr keie Teller da.Marmelade im Behälter komplett leer.Bacon war auch aus. Trotz Nachfrage wurde nichts nach gefüllt. Essen Von der Karte total überteuert. Schade die Erfahrung gemacht zu haben

Bezüglich des Flecks auf der Matratze möchten wir versichern, dass Sauberkeit in unserem Haus höchste Priorität hat und wir diesen Vorfall sehr ernst nehmen.
