Dear Anatoly Thank you for another reservation you made in our home and the Ebookers review. Thank you for the valid points you made, we'd like to apologize for the problems you encountered during your stay. We're deeply sorry it turned out that way. As you may know, mistakes are made event by the best of us. All the equipment you mentioned is already equipped with the rooms, despite the fact that it is not in the description of the facility's equipment. Codes are sent by email or SMS - this information can be found on the website. The amenities that are worth mentioning include a cafe & bistro in the facility, WiFi 500 Mb / s, On-site parking, location 150 meters from the board of the Old Market. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We're always trying to present our home in the most credible way. I hope our other advantages will convince you to visit us again.
