Sehr geehrter Paavo Friedrich,vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung Ihres Aufenthalts in unserem Seaside Palm Beach*****. Es freut mich, dass Sie einen schönen Urlaub bei uns hatten und unser aufmerksames Personal und unser gastronomisches Angebot lobend erwähnen.Es tut mir jedoch leid, dass Sie nicht vollkommen zufrieden mit Ihrem Zimmer gewesen sind. Unsere Zimmer werden mit einem speziellen Reinigungsmittel für Teppiche gesäubert, sodass die Hygiene in jedem Fall gewährleistet wird. Schade, dass Sie uns nicht während Ihres Aufenthalts Bescheid gegeben haben.
