"We arrived to Puerto Rico (1st time) on June 6 and stayed for 3 nights at the Condado Vanderbilt Hotel. Fabulous hotel! We arrived at 11:00 am and our room was ready on the 10th floor. Excellent accommodations, great food in the hotel, and GREAT service. Just an fyi, the food is pricey, but great quality.....it is an island and it is a luxury hotel. The only thing that I would add is to book a room (like us) at the higher levels, because the street gets noisy at night and lower levels can hear the music/traffic. Highly recommend this hotel. The beach was fabulous......clear water, sandy beach....no rocks or other objects, no reason whatsoever to wear water shoes. The staff everywhere were fabulous. Enjoy it! "

"I first want to thank the entire OC staff. I ended up at this hotel due to a bad experience my 1st few hours in Puerto Rico at another hotel. I quickly booked this hotel thru a 3rd party and arrived around 11am. Yelena was amazing & very informative during the check in process. The manager Mark was also very nice he greeted us in the pool area and had some convo and later provided us a bottle of champagne for my Birthday. The location is close to everything! The food here was great, the aesthetics are even better in person and the pool and ocean view are awesome. So happy I was able to book this last minute! "
