Everything was amazing except for one night I ordered steak and after waiting for ever I received a cold piece of something that looked like steak i returned the meal and left the restaurant but was of course charged really not 5 star treatment Otherwise great hotel great pool and lovely wonderful staff

Great Stay - Again!

Pros: Nothing is too much trouble for the staff - all very friendly. The spa is excellent too
We had a great stay. We don't normally return to hotels, but this was an exception. The hotel is really good, located on a lovely Bech with kind and excellent staff. Food is very good, particularly the breakfast buffet. Another great stay!!

Le cadre et l'environnement très agréable, un service de qualité, le personnel à l'écoute avec l'attention et gentillesse, la piscine unique, une belle plage permettant la baignade mais aussi des longs balades, le service de navette est très utile.....l'endroit est surtout anglophone.

Tolles Hotel mit kleinen Mängel

Wir haben bereits zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel unsere erste Urlaubswoche verbracht. Wir lieben den grossen Pool und die Zimmer mit Pool-Zugang. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist fantastisch. Wir kennen kein anderes Hotel, dass da mithalten kann. Wenn das Hotel voll ist werden die Standligen knapp und man muss froh sein einen Platz zu finden. Am Stand lagen dieses Jahr viele kleine tote Fische herum. Teilweise hatte man deren Geruch während dem Sonnenbad in der Nase. Das war eher unangenehm. Hotelanlage kommt etwas in die Jahre und einige Dächer sind unschön kaputt und verwittert. Alles in allem waren wir jedoch immer gerne dort.
