Dear Mr.Kaisu, Thank you very much for taking time and writing a review for us! It is always a pleasure to receive positive guest feedback and know that the experience has been satisfactory. Thank you for noting numerous positive aspects of your stay and the negative as well. Unfortunately, as our hotel is a heritage building protected by UNESCO we cannot install an elevator. But regarding the floor heating we usually never had these issues, please be assured that we will be taking measures to prevent this from ever happening again in the future. Our hope is that you will visit us again in the near future.
Hotel St Petersbourg offers its guests a sauna and a fitness centre. There's a snack bar/deli on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. A business centre and a meeting room are available.
