"The hotel was very clean and very well organized. Great customer service. The rooms were very nice with a nice size bathroom. The tub and showers were very comfortable and had great water pressure. We will definitely stay again. "

"Fantastic location- very easy to walk to tourist attractions, hop on/off bus and dining options. Convenience store very close. We had bridge view rooms- worth every Penny! We were on a in renovated floor but didn’t really mind. Beds and pillows were great. Check in staff were fairly neutral and unhelpful but concierge went above and beyond- even charging my phone for me and storing luggage for a late flight. Uber is definitely cheaper than taxi when looking at services to/from airport."

"We stayed during the last weekend of Pride month so it was a little noise and very busy with lots of people. Trafalgar Square was closed to traffic and was too busy to get close too. Next time I will check to see what is happening when I book. But the hotel was still quiet even with all the people. Had a great nights sleep! "
