We are proud to have such a talented and helpful team.However, I would like to address some of the areas where we fell short. I apologize for the lack of English proficiency among our restaurant staff, which may have caused some inconvenience during your stay. We will make sure to provide additional training to our staff to better serve our international guests.Regarding the hygiene standards, I apologize for any lapses in attention. We take food safety and hygiene very seriously, and I will speak with our team to ensure that they maintain the highest standards.I am also concerned about the issue with the table being cleared too quickly, resulting in missing items.
