Personal & Service Das Personal an der Rezeption und der Concierge waren alle Fachpersonen, nett und hilfsbereit. Das Personal im Restaurant war nicht für Hotel Hospitality geschult. (1) Mangel an Englisch für internationale Besucher, (2) Hygiene (z. B. bei einem Mädchen, das in die Hände nieste, ohne ein Taschentuch zu verwenden), (3) vor allem säuberte das Personal schnell den Tisch, Sekunden nachdem es zurückkam, um etwas Essen zu holen. Der frisch gebrühte Tee, Joghurt und die Banane waren verschwunden. Musste noch einmal nachbestellen. Das Gleiche geschah mit zwei anderen Besuchern im Restaurant, was zu Frustration führte. (4) Zweimal wurde Kaffee mit separater Milch bestellt, bekam aber stattdessen Cappuccino mit viel Milchschaum! Das Personal sollte im Bereich Gastronomie geschult werden. Sonst ist es nicht angenehm, solche negativ Erlebnisse morgens vor den Geschäftsterminen zu erleben.

War rundum ein schöner Aufenthalt. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die schöne Aussicht aus dem Fitnessstudio und Pool.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Ein Shoppingcenter ist gerade nebenan. Die Altstadt erreicht man zu Fuss in ca. 25 Minuten. Der Kulturpalast ist vis-a-vis. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 37 Stock mit phantastischer Aussicht! Unser Eckzimmer war überdurchschnittlich gross mit sehr bequemem Bett und grossem Badezimmer. Mit dem speziellen Lounge Angebot gegen Aufpreis waren wir sehr zufrieden! Sehr nette Bedienung in der Lounge und zu jeder Zeit hatte es ein gutes Angebot an Essen und Trinken! Würden wir wieder so buchen! Das Personal an der Rezeption könnte zum Teil freundlicher sein. Aber ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Die Lage des Hotels war wunderbar, ob man auf eine Shopping tour möchte, in die Stadt, in die Club& Bar strasse alles ist in der nähe. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Spa und Wellness bereich war ebenfalls sauber jedoch ziemlich überfüllt mit den Hotelgästen. Die Aussicht war aber trotzdem atemberaubend. Frühstücksbuffet kann ich nicht beurteilen.
